There is some discrepency in the dates on Julia Coomer. via Kelly Bryant he lists her birth date as Jan. 6, 1876 and death date as April 6, 1943.
Julia was 17 when she married Greenberry Bryant. He was 22. The marriage was performed by Elisha Johnson (husband of Syntha Bryant) and the marriage was witnessed by Gran. Swain and S. B. Bryant. According the death certificate, Julia died of high blood pressure. Family Curse number 1.

He died at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky after he received a cut from a saw at the mill
From Breathitt Co. Newspaper, circa 1917:
HURAM BRYANT, of Athol, died in the Good Samaritan Hospital at Lexington, last Saturday from a wound he received in his saw mill, December 26 last. While the wound did not appear to be dangerous, he was hurried to the hospital, but something like blood poison set up, which proved fatal. Mr. Bryant was born and reared in this county, where he spent 69 years and was one of the country's better citizens. Uncle Hugh, as he was commonly called, was not only a good man, but he was a very useful and industrious (one), and he seems to have been a natural born machinist, though he spent most of his life farming, and in his latter days turned his attention to saw milling, in which he took a keen interest up to the time the accident occurred, which took him to the country where steam mills are not needed to manufacture lumber of grind grain, and he will not need any of those things there, for according to his dying statement, he was trusting in him who said, "I will go and prepare a place for you that where I am, there you may be also." Mr. Bryant leaves a wife and several children (all grown who will sadly miss his care and counsel.) He was laid to rest Monday in the family burying ground on his farm in the presence of the largest congregation that has gathered in this community in several years. Peace to his soul. JDM

Julia Ann Jett born circa 1845 married Huram Bryant, son of Ancil (Doc) Bryant and Elizabeth Johnson. Huram went by the name of Hu or Hugh but on the 1870 census sheet, his name is spelled Huram. They had ten children.
