She was the daughter of Edward Morgan at Gwyneth meeting house and is believed to be the Aunt of the Revolutionary War Hero General Daniel Morgan. General Morgan was commander of Morgan's Riflemen at Sara toga, New York noted for accuracy and the capturing of the British Army under General Burgoyne. From Boone Families In Davie Co. North Carolina; After Squire Boone died in 1765 , Sarah Morgan Boone made her home with Mary and William Bryan until she died in 1777. Sarah was her daughter.
