  Notes	Notes for Peter Lee Fine: Captain Peter Lee Fine was killed in the Civil War Battle of Wilson Creek, near Springfield, MO. He had served as executor of his father's estate, going back to Tennessee. Before the Civil War, he was a farmer in Rock Prairie, Dade Co., in southwestern MO. He owned 506 acres. There were five (unnamed) graves in the Fine family cemetery on the farm property when Peter Lee visited there to settle John's estate. One of these was John. "Mother, Nancy & Martha" lived at the farm. This farm later became the property on which the fairgrounds of Sweetwater was built. The bodies were removed and buried in the Westview Cemetery , Sweetwater.
