    • GORDON LEE BALLARD, (first son of Audrey and Lee Roy Ballard) was married a couple of times and had a son Doug,and a daughter Rhonda by one wife named Oralee. I have no further information on this marriage and these children. When doing my research, I learned that he was named for the GORDON branch of the family.

      At the time of his death, he was married to "Joyce"; no children of this union. His body was donated to the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX.

      Gordon lived in South Texas and worked in the oil fields there for 25 years. He was in the service in
      WW II.

      I did not see this brother in my growing up years, only after I was an adult. I cannot contribute anything
      on this brother as I really did not know him.

      (Medical):Cirrhosis of Liver. Other conditions: Rt. bronchiall pneumonia, Alcoholism, Inoperable neoplasm of right lung.
