    Notes 
    • Jeremiah Bryant and his family moved from Kentucky to Missouri in 1832. In 1834 he returned to Kentucky on business, while returning to Missouri on a steamer he contracted and died of Cholera and was buried in the Mississippi River on July 11, 1834. In error many people show his burial at sea in the Missouri River.
      His marriage bond is dated July 27, 1812, Book A, page 9, Estill County, Kentucky marriage records but the marriage is shown as earlier.
      Will #198, granted September 29, 1834, final settlement September 18, 1856 see Nyberg file for names of heirs. His wife Martha was administrator.
